Opmed.ai is an AI-powered surgical scheduling platform that helps hospitals run their ORs like clockwork. From optimizing case flow and block allocations to managing staff and equipment, Opmed tackles the most complex operational challenges in healthcare.

Overview

The challenge

“Hey Mondeo, we’ve got this powerhouse of a product (AI, predictions, scheduling optimization, the works), but the brand still looks like it’s figuring itself out. We need everything: logo, visual language, website, decks, brochures, the whole package.”
This wasn’t just a design challenge. It was a storytelling challenge.

How we brought it to life

We partnered with Opmed from the ground up, crafting a visual identity that’s sleek, trustworthy, and a little bit unexpected. The kind of brand that says: yes, we use AI to optimize your OR down to the minute, and yes, we look good doing it.
From logo and color palette to brochures, slides, and UX polish, we made the complex feel clear, and the product feel intuitive before users even touched it.

Opmed website

Scheduling, simplified visually

We designed a scheduling dashboard that makes complex hospital planning feel simple. By turning layers of constraints and predictions into a clean, user-friendly interface, we helped Opmed deliver powerful optimization without overwhelming its users.

How it works

One platform. Multiple modules. One cohesive design.
Opmed isn’t just a product, it’s a suite of advanced scheduling tools, each solving a different part of the surgical operations puzzle. From the OR to PACU to staff and equipment, each sub-product tackles a specific challenge. We created a unified design system to bring it all together with color-coded product identities, and consistent UX/UI across the board.

Opmed OR

We designed the core interface for surgical scheduling optimization, helping users visualize OR case flow, minimize idle time, and adapt to real-time changes without stress.

Opmed resources

From rooms to scanners, we designed a system that lets users allocate and visualize resource usage across multiple locations, balancing availability and demand.

  • Opmed Equipment

Opmed procedure

Our design simplifies the setup and customization of procedure templates, helping hospitals ensure consistency while adapting to specific cases.

Hands-on, block-by-block

We built Opmed’s visual identity around a set of illustrated hands. These hands don’t just look good; they do things. They move schedule blocks, juggle constraints, and orchestrate chaos. Think of them as the visual stand-ins for the platform’s brain: always organizing, always optimizing. Used across the site and marketing materials, they turned complex scheduling logic into something warm, human, and unmistakably Opmed.

Complex product, friendly site

We turned a deeply technical scheduling engine into something that actually feels fun to explore. The website features Tetris-style blocks to represent the moving parts of hospital schedules. Instead of walls of text and clinical charts, users get clarity, movement, and just enough playfulness to make surgical operations feel... kinda cool.

Dashboards in motion

To help users instantly “get” what Opmed does, we created simplified animations based on the real dashboards. These visual banners break down complex scheduling tools into clean, easy-to-understand illustrations. These UI snapshots show how Opmed works in motion, without overwhelming anyone in the process.

Slides that inspire confidence

We helped Opmed ditch the snooze-fest slides and show up with decks that actually say something. Whether pitching to investors or demoing to hospital execs, every slide was built to inform, impress, and land the message fast. Complex tech? Check. Clean visuals? Always. Bad fonts? Not on our watch.

Branded assets

From swag that starts conversations to roll-ups that stop hallway traffic, we gave Opmed a full set of marketing materials that do way more than just look nice. Posters, banners, stickers, LinkedIn carousels. You name it, we branded it.

Scroll-stopping content

We designed dozens of LinkedIn posts and paid ads that made scheduling look scroll-stopping. Each visual stayed true to the brand.

Why it worked

Because powerful tech deserves powerful design. We guided the Opmed team every step of the way, helping them turn a brilliant but complex scheduling engine into a brand people actually understand (and want to click on).
