Cookie policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on mondeostudio.com (the "site"), run by Mondeo Studio LTD. For how we handle personal information in general, see our privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Websites also use similar tools, such as "local storage" and "session storage", which keep small pieces of information in your browser. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.
Some cookies are set by us ("first-party"). Others are set by companies whose services we use ("third-party").
Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. The site does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or social media tracking. We use:
- strictly necessary cookies, which the site needs to work and stay secure
- functional storage, which remembers choices you make, such as accessibility settings
- statistics cookies from Google Analytics, which count visits so we can see which pages are useful, and which are set only if you accept them. If you accept, Google Analytics also records whether the contact form was sent, never what you wrote in it
Your consent
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept statistics cookies, with "Accept" and "Decline" offered side by side. Google Analytics loads only after you click "Accept". Until then it does not load at all and sets no cookies. If you click "Decline", or leave the page without choosing, it does not load. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "Decline".
We use Google Consent Mode, with every category refused by default. When you click "Accept", we allow only analytics storage. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation stay refused at all times, and we do not use Google signals, advertising features, remarketing or Google Tag Manager.
Strictly necessary and functional storage do not need consent, because the site cannot work properly without them and they do not track you.
We remember your choice for 6 months so we do not ask on every page, and then ask again. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, which opens the banner again. If you withdraw consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted and Google Analytics stops loading from that point.

Google processes Google Analytics data as our processor. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we keep the statistics for up to 14 months. More about how Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Third-party content
Some pages include content from other companies. When your browser loads it, that company may receive information from your browser:
- Vimeo hosts the videos on the site. Our videos ask Vimeo not to track you ("do not track" mode). Vimeo's cookie policy: vimeo.com/cookie_policy
- Fonts are hosted on our own site, so no font provider receives your data.
Our newsletter emails
Our newsletter is sent by MailerLite. Its emails contain a small image and tracked links that tell MailerLite whether you opened an issue and which links you clicked. This happens in your email program, not on the site, and signing up on the site sets no cookies. Your email program may let you turn off images, which stops the open record. Your choices
- Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page to accept or refuse statistics cookies at any time.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Each browser explains how in its help pages. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work.
- You can clear the accessibility settings at any time with the reset button in the accessibility menu.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows the latest version. When the policy changes in a way that affects your choice, the banner may ask you again.
